This year, the Conference is dedicated to the 120th anniversary of founding the Federal State Budgetary Institution «R.R. Vreden National Medical Research Centre for Traumatology and Orthopaedics» of Russia’s Ministry of Healthcare.

«Vreden Readings» is the main event for specialists in the field of endoprosthetics, rheumatologists, orthopaedists, and rehabilitation specialists.

The event is traditionally participated by over 5,000 leading experts from Russia, the CIS countries, and foreign states.

The key themes of the Conference: hip joint, knee joint, shoulder joint, ankle joint, bone oncology, periprosthetic infection, vertebrology, hand and microsurgery, additive technologies.

As part of the Conference, major orthopaedic companies’ master classes and satellite events, as well as the exhibition of new products in the field of surgery and orthopaedics, will be held.

The annual Research and Practice Conference with International Participation «Vreden Readings» will take place at the Expoforum Convention and Exhibition Centre on September 3-4, 2026.

In 2026, the event will be held for the 20th time.

On the days of the event, free shuttle buses run from Metro Station «Moskovskaya» to the Expoforum.
